What is Beta-Alanine?

Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid synthesized in the liver and directly involved in increasing levels of Carnosine, a substance found in the muscles and brain, and whose release in the body produces an increase in endurance, improves muscle contraction and delays fatigue; prevents muscle hyperacidity, inhibiting the production of lactic acid, thereby increasing athletic performance capacity; in addition, it has antioxidant properties and accelerates muscle recovery.

Beta-Alanine can be ingested through the diet, as it is found in both white meat and red meat. It can also be taken through supplements. The synthesis of Carnosine in the muscles is limited if you have a diet low in Beta-Alanine. For example, vegetarian people often have low levels of Carnosine.

Beta-Alanine increases muscle mass, improves physical endurance and speeds up recovery. Ingesting Beta-Alanine through supplements boosts Carnosine levels in the muscles by up to 70%. Beta-Alanine supplementation is recommended for the development of muscle mass in different types of athletes, particularly strength and endurance athletes, and sprinters.

You can get Beta-Alanine and enjoy all its beneficial effects by taking Beta Bomb, a powerful supplement specially designed for your muscle development.
